God wants us to prosper in all things, including our physical bodies, our soul and our spirits. 3 John 2 – “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

Here’s health for all three:

Body

Here’s a healthy recipe. I just had this healthy yesterday and it was delicious.

Apple cut up in chunks
Drizzle with a tablespoon of coconut cream mixed with cinnamon and honey.

Soul: Mind, Will and Emotions

Speak this affirmation out loud over yourself today. If you’re bold enough to do it, say it while looking at yourself in the mirror: I AM VALUABLE.

Matthew 4:4 – “But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”

Proverbs 18:4 – “The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, But who can bear a broken spirit?”
